Are you a passionate paper crafter with a unique and modern style? Do you love creating distinctive projects using beautiful products? If so, we're inviting you to showcase your talent with our monthly Hip Kits at the Hip Kit Club.

We're seeking individuals who love working with top-notch scrapbooking and papercrafting products. If you're a team player who enjoys collaborating with other creative minds, and have an active presence on Instagram and Facebook, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for members who are willing to share their projects and actively promote our Hip Kit Club across various social media platforms.

We're currently welcoming creatives who specialize in the following project types to join our Hip Kit Club Design Team:

• Scrapbooking
• Project Life
• Traveler’s Notebooks
• Memory Planners
• Mini Albums
• Card Making
• 3-D Paper Crafting Projects

How to Apply

Project Submissions:

Please share a collection of your best work that represents your unique style. Include photos of 3 recent projects that you have created. Additionally, include 1 project that has been created specifically for this Design Team call and has not been posted elsewhere.

If you are interested in being considered for more than one type of project, please submit 1 additional project for each project type with your application. There's no need to submit multiple applications.

Application Requirements:

All applications must include the following information:

• Name
• Address
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Blog URL (if applicable)
• Facebook Name/Page URL
• Instagram URL (please note, this cannot be a private account)
• YouTube Channel URL
• TikTok URL

Please also answer the following questions (2-3 sentences each):

1. What attracted you to the Hip Kit Club?
2. Why would you be a good fit for our Hip Kit Club Design Team?
3. When and why did you start scrapbooking?
4. How would you best describe your style?
5. Are you currently on any other design teams? If so, please list the teams as well as their monthly project commitments.
6. List previous design teams with dates.
7. What do you enjoy most about communicating and sharing your projects via social media?
8. Have you and/or are you comfortable with creating project process videos? If you have a YouTube channel, please be sure to provide the link to your channel above. If you don’t currently have a YouTube channel – many of our designers are happy to share insight to help you get started.

Design Team Requirements

• 6 month term (September 1st, 2023 - February 28th, 2024)
• Create 3-4 projects per month using the products included in each month’s Hip Kit Club DT package.
• Must be skilled at taking crisp, clear photos of their projects with good lighting & exposure using a camera. Please do not take your photos with your phone.
• Create a weekly post featuring your project which will be shared on one of our HKC social media platforms.
• Participate in occasional blog hops, online crops and/or blog challenges.
• Promote the Hip Kit Club throughout the month via personal social media venues (Facebook, Instagram & YouTube).
• Maintain an active presence interacting with subscribers & fans in our HKC Facebook Group.
• Must be willing to create YouTube process videos and/or Instagram reels each month. If you haven't created process videos before, not to worry, we can help you get started.

• Color Kit
• Stamp & Dies

We cover all shipping costs.

Submission Deadline

The deadline for submitting applications is August 1st, 2023 at midnight EST. All submissions must be emailed to dtcall@hipkitclub.com.

Invitations & Announcement

New design team member invitations will be sent via email on or before August 10th, 2023 and our New Hip Kit Club Design Team will be announced on our blog on September 1st, 2023.
